Part 1: Qigong with Rachel Woo

Qigong is an ancient practice that integrates flowing movement, breathwork, and focused awareness to harmonise body and mind, cultivate vitality, and foster a deep sense of wellbeing.

Rachel Woo is a TCM practitioner with over 15 years clinical experience. In this workshop, she will guide you through Qigong practices from the Wudang lineage designed to:

• Build your inner reservoir of Qi

• Awaken circulation

• Clear stagnant energy

• Restore balance and calm

• Strengthen immunity

Suitable for beginners. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Part 2: Chinese Tea Ceremony with Fei Liu

Discover Tea as meditation - a moment to pause, breathe, and experience simple elegance.

Fei Liu is the founder of Seven Teas and a practitioner of mindful tea culture. She grew up in China where tea was part of daily life - not simply as a drink, but as a quiet ritual of presence and connection. In this intimate workshop, Fei will guide you into the timeless culture of the authentic tea ceremony, sharing traditional tea preparation, mindful brewing, and sensory tasting of exceptional teas. This experience invites you to slow down and rediscover the simple luxury of being fully present.

No experience is required. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and renewed.
