Step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in a restorative morning of gentle movement, mindful tea, and deep relaxation. This unique workshop brings together two ancient Chinese wellness traditions to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and cultivate inner balance.

Part 1: Qigong with Rachel Woo

Qigong is a centuries-old practice that combines gentle flowing movements, conscious breathing, and focused awareness to cultivate vitality, improve wellbeing, and restore harmony between body and mind.

Guided by Rachel Woo, a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience, you'll be introduced to Qigong practices from the Wudang lineage that are designed to:

  • Cultivate and replenish your Qi (vital energy)

  • Improve circulation and mobility

  • Release stagnant energy and tension

  • Calm the nervous system

  • Strengthen resilience and overall wellbeing

This session is suitable for all ages and experience levels. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Part 2: Mindful Chinese Tea Ceremony with Fei Liu

Discover tea as a form of meditation—a quiet invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the present moment.

Fei Liu, founder of Seven Teas, grew up in China where tea was woven into everyday life as a practice of mindfulness, hospitality, and connection. In this intimate tea ceremony, Fei will share the beauty and philosophy of authentic Chinese tea culture while guiding you through the traditional art of preparing and brewing premium loose-leaf teas.

Together you'll experience:

  • The history and spirit of Chinese tea culture

  • Traditional Gongfu-style tea preparation

  • Mindful brewing techniques

  • A guided sensory tea tasting

  • Simple practices to bring more presence and calm into everyday life

Whether you're new to tea or already enjoy it, this experience offers a chance to slow down, awaken your senses, and appreciate the simple elegance found in every cup.
