Course Details

This course is designed for beginners who wish to learn and experience the wide range of health benefits that Qigong offers.

Yang Sheng (養生) translates to the practice of nourishing or cultivating life. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is a proactive system of self-care aimed at enhancing vitality, supporting longevity, and preventing illness by harmonising the body, mind, and spirit with the natural rhythms of life.

In this two-morning immersion, Rachel will guide you through two sets of Qigong practices passed down by Li Shifu of the Five Immortals Temple on Wudang White Horse Mountain. Through mindful movement, breath, and stillness, these practices aim to restore inner balance and foster a deep sense of wellbeing.

  • Morning Qigong: A sequence of 5 flowing movements coordinated with breathwork to build your inner reservoir of Qi and support long-term physical health.

  • Rhythmic Detox: A dynamic, rhythmic practice that activates 20 key points on the body to stimulate circulation, release stagnation, and strengthen immunity.

Course fee: $80
